Of course this isn’t a cookie, but I could never launch Homemade Happiness without showcasing my sister-in-law’s cinnamon and pecan light and airy coffee cake. American’s love this for breakfast or with their morning tea. Lulu and my brother are the best cooks in our family and their home is always full of wonderful aroma’s coming out of the kitchen, true Homemade Happiness.
