For the adventurist, inspired by my “South of the Border Friends”. A Crispy dark chocolate (with a kick) cookie topped with dulce de leche and chopped Almonds. A slight cinnamon flavor at first bite, chocolately goodness in the middle and a great peppery kick in the back of the throat at the end. Yummy. Especially delicious with Red Wine after a good meal.
